Frequent floaters will tell you that the more you float, the better it gets, the longer you float, the longer your body rests and rebuilds. How does the membership work?
One float is included in the price per month and members can buy as many additional floats as they like at a discounted rate. Members can also share their floats with friends or family at the same price.
Can I share my floats with others?
The float credits accrued with the membership can be shared with friends and family, help them revive and get back to being at their best!
What is priority scheduling?
Anyone can schedule their appointments within 30 days. Members get priority and are able to schedule 60 days ahead to ensure that you get the opportunity to lock in your favourite spots before they’re gone!
Is there any commitment, sign up, or cancellation fee for membership?
No, there’s no commitment to our membership. We want to help you establish a regular float and wellness practice to discover the full, compounding benefits at our best price. There are no sign-up or cancellation fees. We just ask that you give us 30 days notice when you want to cancel.
What if I want to float more than once a month?
Additional floats are available for a discounted member price. Many of our members float weekly to maximize the benefits they receive.
Do float credits ever expire?
All credits are valid for 12 months and roll over if not used that month. Upon cancelling, credits expire within 30 days.

How do I manage my account?

How do I cancel my membership?
Members can call, email, or cancel in person at the center. We’d also be happy to discuss with you how we can get you back on track or improve your experience to ensure you’re getting the full benefits that a float practice can offer!
When do membership payments get charged?
Your membership will renew and get charged on the same day of the month that you originally signed up.
